Walter Camp Foundation Statement Regarding Player and Coach of Year

Friday, Jan. 17 — 8 p.m.

Due to multiple conflicts involving the entire LSU football program and the celebration of its recent National Championship (a trip to the White House to meet with President Trump as well as on-campus celebration on Saturday afternoon), Joe Burrow (Player of Year) and Ed Orgeron (Coach of Year) will not be traveling to Connecticut for the Walter Camp Weekend festivities.

We are appreciative that the LSU athletic department was able to produce acceptance videos for both award winners to be shown at the National Awards Dinner on Saturday evening.
