“ My favorite time of year is working the Special Olympics and seeing the faces of the athletes as they compete.  Smiling whether they were came in first or last.  Another proud moment is when we visited a hospital and one of our players visited a sick child, and the child’s mom was gleaming with the biggest smile and the nurse said that was the first time she saw the child’s mom smile in months.”

For over 30 years, Bill has been active in the Foundation since joining in 1987. Bill has held many leadership positions currently serving as our Treasurer and a Past President of the Foundation. Bill also served as President-Elect, Vice President, High School Chairman, Merchandise Chairman, Raffle Chairman, Selection Co-Chairman and involved in the ever popular basketball game committee.

Bill lives in North Haven with his wife Cynthia and two daughters, Nikki & Tessa.
